What Cellular Blinds Options are there?
They can be operated in a variety of different options, making them suitable for almost every window, including shaped windows and roof windows. They are either free hanging or tensioned. They can be:
- Made as standard top-down and backup motion operated with a pull cord or a tensioned glide system.
- Operated from the bottom up, which allows you to close off the bottom half of the window rather than the normal top, which is great for windows close to the street.
- Made as a multi-zone blind, which means both top and down and bottom-up operations to give you total control.
- Made to operate on a horizontal axis for roof windows or even on sloping glass roofs and conservatories as they can operate at any angle.
- Made in a variety of different shapes to suit most windows, which is great for shaped conservatory roof windows.
- Have multi-material options to give you the best range of light control and privacy options.
- Cellular Blinds can also be made a perfect fit. This gives the sleekest of finishes and provides the best insulation.
We do have a selection of cellular blind fabrics in stock (limited colours only) that can be made and fitted the next day after the survey. This is only available upon special request and is subject to an additional fee.
How much do they cost?
The cost depends on the width and height of the blind you need. See the basic costing guide below.
Estimated prices for Cellular blinds on seven windows will range between £500 – £900 for our own range or about £650-£1000 for our more custom range. (Dependant on size and style selected).
Do blackout day and night blinds block out all the light?
No blackout day and night blinds only block approximately 98% of the light, no light passes through the fabric itself. However, there is some light bleed that comes around all edges.
How long will my order take to be delivered?
Our made-to-measure cellular blinds are all made by our expert staff in our local factory. We can survey and then install your new roller blinds, usually in around 1-2 weeks’ time from start to finish. However, some fabrics may take longer.
Can I have them fitted the next day?
This is only available upon special request and from fabrics within our own range.
