Excellent service from Excel Blinds Liverpool once again. I originally purchased shutters from them in 2022 and was so impressed with the quality and service that I recently returned to have blinds fitted as part of my loft conversion project. From start to finish, the experience was professional and straightforward. A special mention has to go to Tom, who was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and attentive throughout the process. His advice and customer service were first class and made the whole experience seamless. The blinds look fantastic and have really completed the new space. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Excel Blinds and will certainly use them again in the future.

Excellent service from Excell Blinds and especially Lee who came out to measure, provide us with advice when we were unsure of what we initially wanted and then came to fit them himself a little over a week later. Fitted within the hour. Will deffo be returning and would deffo recommend. Excellent prices too for top quality blinds and services. Nice one, Lee 👍🏼

Just had my night a day blinds fitted, they are fab, I'm sohappy with the result. Lee and Simon came out to measure up, they were both so nice and friendly. Came back 2 weeks later to fit them, they noticed a tiny problem that I couldn't see, but they are obviously perfectionists. Took the blinds down and Lee came back the following day and fitted them. A perfect job, I couldn't find fault with anything at all. I would definitely recommend them

Excellent service, advice and value from start to finish. Can't remember the guy's name who came out and measured, priced and advised. No pressure, bags of experience, really listened and advised. Superstar. Fitting just done by Lee, another superstar, answered all questions, great fast service. Couldn't fault them in any way, highly recommend.

Customer service needs improving in terms of communication and updating customer re delays, repricing etc …. but wow the fitters Adam and Shaun are God send. They are friendly, patient, helpful and above all absolute professionals. They just go above and beyond fitting your blinds … Adam fitted my Ring video door thingy for no extra cost to me, what a gent !!! 👍🏼👌🏽. These 2 are highly recommended !!!

I just had night and day blinds fitted and they look amazing!! Tom came out measured up, Karl came out to fit. Great guys, very quick, answered all my questions, efficient and professional. Even staff on the phone very helpful. I had concerns over my porcelain tiles and uneven walls, however, there was no need. I would 💯 recommend this company. See my photos, they speak for themselves!
